I search a small space for skin test

Hello, i'm a skinner. I dont want to work in localhost on my pc. I want to have a free web space for upload and install mkportal (1.1.2) and smf (1.1.3). I use this space for test. I do skin and i try the skin on this space. So i need:

At least 100/150MB Web space
At least ( i think) 2 gb bandwith.. i work about 7-8 hours at day, if i do a skin
1 MY SQL DB
PHP 4 or more
all file can be uploades ( in smf folder are .htaccess and .list file)

I think nothing else.. do you know a host for me? Thanks

P.s. = adverts ok but small and not in the top (if i do a skin, ads may enlarge the css)
