What you said is not totally 100% clear but it kind of sounds like
that you are getting the signup error message that says that
you already have a web hosting account with us.

If that is the case, DO NOT TRY TO SIGNUP!

Our signup system has very sophisticated tracking and matching
technology that goes way beyond simple IP checks and if it says
that you already have a web hosting account with us then you
do indeed already have an account even if you yourself don't
remember setting it up. It has NEVER been wrong!

We often get users that come back months or even years later
thinking they are visiting us for the first time and turns out that
they were actually a member in the past and still have a hosting
account on the system.

If that is the message you are getting then what you need to do
is send email to support@cybertoad.net and have your
account file pulled and your welcome letter re-sent to you again.
