I need free hosting with mysql support

I don't know of a single free hosting company that doesn't offer mysql. There are thousands out there.

What are your specific requirements, i.e. disk space, bandwidth, etc.?
 
Like wswd said, just post the rest of your requirement here, as most of the free host here are offering MySQL with the hosting plans.
