- 50 mb or more
- Unix sendmail activated
- and NO ads

I don't think any free host offers exactly what you want. You could join the queue for digitalrice but they have windows 2000 servers apparently.

I used to have digitalrice but they were constantly down and slow. FTP was very bad and it took a couple days for them to accept an account. It had some potential but oh well. That's why I got paid hosting
