you shouldn't double post.... Plus, you will not find such a webhost, since if you want ALL of those scripting languages, you must be planning something big as all of us forum set-up people. You won't find much on FWS.net as people who want ALL scripts (php,cgi,perl,asp,mysql,PSQL,etc.) will get no-where here.

But, i'm just a voice of opinion. The two first posts in this topic should be merged.

Go to http://www.gzevolution.net, Zero Tolerance there might help you out.

You WILL NOT need CGI/Perl/ASP to use an image gallery thanks to PHphotoalbum, or something like it.

PHPHOTOALBUM Requirements:
  • A working MySQL Database Installed on the Server.
  • PHP (DUH!)
  • Image GD (For resizing Images. Sadly, not found on ANY free hoster.)
That's about it. If you want to know more about this... go to: http://www.advancedanime.com, and go down to the VERY bottom where the PHphotoalbum link is. (sorry, no direct link. ><)

Otherwise check out a REAL good Image gallery system that can hook-up to virtually ANY Message Board Software (IPB,phpBB,etc.) to see a demo and get the link (at the very bottom), http://www.animegallery.net (still no direct link.)
