So then I'm here to assume "suggar" is sugar?

red stuff = the red stuff. You know chili, well in a bigger format and not spicy, forgot the name also...
No, I really don't...

i mentionned 450 degree farenhieht, not celcius
Umm... so? Being an American, all my temperatures are posted in &degF.

only dough and tomato sause/cheese?
Usually, yes. Sometimes I may opt for some sausage or ham.

Dusty: Your oven only goes to 400º, Phroz?
Well, the dial does say up to 550&deg and then broil (like anyone actualy knows what that's supposed to mean), but nothing above 400&deg will actually work. The oven's pretty old, and the door is falling off...

yes, sugger/suggar/sugar = same thing

Double checked, you can put the oven at 350-450F to make the pizza

sausage/ham = almost like pepperoni

Yes, I suppose sugger and suggar can just be considered mispelled words.

God damit, why do you always hear about food, when you are starving and couldn't be asked to shop.

Kryton, make yourself a sandwich if you'r hungry :biggrin2:

I get to tell Dusty something!!

Broil, means that the top element of your oven will work, for cooking the tops of foods. This is often not used by itself, but when the bottom of something is done, but the top isn't.

At the fancy restuarant I work at, we cook EVERYTHING at 450 degrees, except ribs, which are cooked at 300.

The red sauce is marinara. Very close to the french red mother sauce.

Also, fresh tomatos on pizza are good when used in conjunction with marinara. Not too wonderful by themselves.

Ask me anything about cooking, working two cooking jobs + watching food network all the time = lot's of cooking knowledge.
