Hi!
Well..it seems today is a big day for Uncle Bill. Starting in a few hours..I should be able to download the "production" Hyper-V. I went there straight away just now..and realized.."their noon"..ie..3:00 P.M. EST.
I have been quite impressed with it..and have had RC2 for about a month.
Quick note: Just because the site says a certain client OS is supported..don't make it so.
Solaris will not run in Virtual Server 2005..I have not tried it on Hyper-V. I have Solaris 10 and OpenSolaris running on Vmware. I have not had much time to take a look at Virtual Iron's Virtualization..these five have kept me quite busy:
Openvz
Xen
Microsoft Virtual Server 2005
Vmware
Hyper-V
I love virtual servers!
>>>Or maybe not "shipping" today...

Dern. I mean..it wasn't where they said it would be. Blah.
