Terrible load time. I'm not entirely sure what your site is. At first, since you mentioned megupload, I thought it was going to be a file host, but it looks like just another hosting service.

Fix the title in your head tags.

Basicly, bad load time and too much of a techy feel to be useable.

It doesnt look like an upload service at all. Its way to cluttered and average for a normal host. you want a much more simple one, for example this:
