Is it a host? i really really wouldn't advise signing up somewhere if you can't at least read and understand the terms and conditions.
 
yep it's a host (I think) because it was listed in a host directory but I can't understand a word so I have no Idea on what it says:biggrin2:
 
actually, now they check the name of the person living in brazil with the real CEP number so i don't think you'll be able to signup and it requires you to know their S/N number and so on after that.

maybe the CPF and cep have lost efficacy, i don't know if we can find some in google or other search engine:(

that number is given by my friend many days ago

Mine works since very long time ago. Don't expect much, it's slow and down sometimes.
