my guess would be that they're hosted with zicus.com and not rackshack.
They're rather cheap... that's what prompted the "rackshack" comment probably
Here's something that usually works well... send a mail to sales and tell them you're considering hosting with them but still have a question (make something up). Then as a closing question ask how long they've been in business (they said 2 years over at WHT). Their domain was registered "Creation Date: 12-Aug-2002" so about 5-6 months ago. If they say anything older then that then mail them back and confront them.
If they don't lie then all the better. If they do however then judge how they react when confronted.
Besides finding out how honest they are you'll also know how quickly they respond to questions.
