I agree, uptime and support are very important, price also but sometimes a lower price doesn't always mean you're going to get a great support or uptime. Uptime is important because this means that the higher uptime the host has your site should be up and running and support, it's best if you can have 24/7 support in case you need help with anything and it's also very important the time it takes for support to respond to your request.
