how to analyze log on raq4 (@tera-byte)

hello,
i did download my log-file and want to use a program to analyze that.
I got: WebTrends Log Analizer 6.5c
But it seems not to work (displays 0 hits, but I got hits!!)

What protocol is generated on raq4.
i think there is an apache server... so there should be an apache log(?)

what program would analyze my log (on nt).
what log protocol is exactly generated?

I'm not sure which log you'd analyze, the main server access log or the split one?

The main log is: /home/log/httpd/access

the one i can access via the visual siteadmin (site usage -> download log file)
