how much you earn monthly

I see a lot of digits here... (kidding)
I believe that is information no one will share with you
Forums are still public places

since the OP didn't mention earn from wat business, then i think i can answer this.

this sensitive information is not from myself, it is from my friend.

he earn about US$6,000 a month
he have only 1 product --> pirated DVD (he is a pirated DVD distributor)
the product that gets him most profit is Porn DVDs

lol

I'm not going to tell you. That is confidential information. I'm going to go ahead and assume no one here will tell that. Why? Because that information is on a need-to-know basis and you do not need to know.

Everyone is afraid to tell their income. Because there may be someone earns better than him.

In my point i don't have to say anything. Because i don't have any static monthly income. :)

Why would I be afraid to tell my income? Do you tell everyone your income in real life? Do you walk up to someone and say "hey, I make $8 an hour!" or "I make $6,000 a year!" I'm pretty sure no one does that, as its confidential and the only time you really state something is for taxes or credit purposes.

Your point is fair. But in my view, the income is not really confidential. Even 5 more people know about your income.(parents, friends etc....)

In my opinion, most people may get offended if you tell them. If you make too much money, people might try to ask for money or take advantage of your situation. Just my two cents.

I don't think the thread is really constructive.
I'd prefer participating in the thread with the title "One Hundred Effective Ways to Triple Your Monthly Income" LOL.

Yeah, you start making all kinds of new friends when people see you have money.

I'll tell you how much I make monthly off of web hosting.

-$60.00, not counting the yearly renewal fees for my domain registration or factoring in advertising costs.

When you're new in this business, expect to operate at a loss for the first year or two. Though I see the numbers out back changing, it won't be -$60 for much longer if I keep going the way I am.

Given time those numbers will become more and more favorable, eventually reaching somewhere in the $200-$1000 per month per server range. Meaning gross profit (not counting operating costs) is simply number of servers times average profit of each unit.

It varies widely from company to company though, depending on load patterns and customer types.

When I do start making money from this business though, I probably won't be telling people exactly how much I get for the reasons mentioned above. Last thing I need is gold diggers wanting to chase me around.
