I have an HTML document how do I put this into a webpage? Where do I get a webpage from?

I'm new to all this

What you need to do is to find a free web host and then upload the site to the web host. If you don't know of any free web hosts then ask for one in the free webspace forum. I don't think it matters who your first host really is so you could use someone like 9cy. Their address is http://www.9cy.com . You can then sign up on their site and then connect to them via ftp. You'll need an ftp client to do that so search http://www.download.com for ws ftp. Once you've downloaded and installed that you'll need to connect to the ftp server. 9cy should provide you with them details. Ws ftp will prompt you for these details once its started up. Then on the right side of the screen is your files on the server. If there is a folder there you may need to double click on it first. On the left are the files on your computer. Find the files you want and then upload them by clicking on them once and then click on the button which has an arrow on it pointing to the right. When the files are uploaded you can visit them by going to your website address which your host will provide you. You will need to name your homepage index.html or otherwise you may get an error message. I hope that helps. If you have any problems then the host you use will probably have support forums where you can ask them questions.
