How do I find out the IP Address of a domain with subfolder?

Let's say I have a domainname e.g. http://www.blablabla.com

I can easily route or ping that domain and get the IP entry for it but how can I find out if it uses different IP Addresses?

I mean let's say it is a hosting company and each member gets a subfolder below that domain, e.g.

http://www.blablabla.com/hosting1/

and that account is using another IP Address on the machine, how can find out that exact IP?

No, that member will not have their own IP if he/she only gets a subfolder e.g. http://domain.com/subdomain/ (well, at least for Apache). If the users get a subdomain e.g. http://subdomain.domain.com/ he may have been assigned an IP address, but not the case for someone who only gets a subfolder.
