I know how your feeling exactly with that situation because I've been there. Have you contact them by email or phone?
Talk about your rights, yes, you have the rights to get your domains and hosting as well. Do not resign.
 
By email yes, but they don't have a phone number. I'm still waiting on an email reply.

Just to report that everything has been registered & the hosting account has been setup. Error was a simple administration error on our side which has now been corrected.
 
Craig was fantastic, sorted everything quickly and professionally, I look forward to continuing hosting my sites with him.

Hi Jerry

Please PM me your issue so I can look into it, also please confirm the domain to backup your post. Anyone hosted by HD can call us 24/7 which is how its always been & always will be.
