My current host offers unlimited pop/smtp email but doesn't allow me to give out free accounts to family and friends because "that is reselling". So if I give my dad an email free email address, he has to use the webmail when he would be better off with outlook.

What I need in a host: ~200meg space, ~3 gig transfer, unlimited pop/smtp, ~5 domains, cpanel & less than $10/month (no paypal, 2checkout.com is OK).
