I'll make this short and sweet. I am seeking website hosting, 100mb of space, 1GB of bandwidth for $12 per year. This is to start. I am looking for a reliable host who's been around for at least 1 year in length with little downtime specs.

I'm not asking for perfection, just quality. I realize my price is a bit low at the moment, but this is only a starter plan for me. If your host proves reliable and excellent, I will move forward up the food chain.

So post all your offers here. NO PM'S! I do not like host's who try to cheat, that shows me the negatives about you. I prefer cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin. If you have a Plesk panel please have script installation options (basically Plesk's version of fantastico)

Many of the offers that have been made above are by hosts that have been around for well less than a year (most have only registered their domain in the last few months). You might want to run a whois on the domains of the hosts that are making offers to check how long they have actually been around. :)
