I am looking to find a host for a clients website. My needs are rather small and I am looking for something inexpensive from someone who has been in the business for 3 to 5 years. Since I am going to be suggesting the host to my client I want to be SURE that the host is reliable. My needs are as follows:

5 to 10 Gb Bandwidth (or greater)

I do not need MySQL or anything else special, however, having MySQL and cPanel is considered a GREAT plus.

In Hosting more than the number of years, what matters is the reliability. Pick a few read reviews about them and eliminate the bad choices. Do some research.

If you want to host multiple customers reseller is the way to go. In shared hosting you are allowed to host your site only (though most of them dont chek it).
