Hosting Request

Hiya, i have read through the free hosting many times, but have not managed to find a host i am happy with. What i need is:

1GB Space
10GB Bandwidth
Features such as cPanel 10, PHP 4, mySQL, CGI, Perl and Fantastico.
No ads,
No forum posting or commitments,
Reliable server with 99% uptime for the last year at least
Safety that the hosting will be there for me for the next 3 years.

I don't know if i am asking too much of a free host, but basically this is what i would like. Can anyone offer me this, the uptime and features are important!

We're unable to offer what you're requesting. However, we do offer no ad, no post, hosting. We start everyone with 100 MB's webspace and 1 GB bandwidth, which can be upgraded depending on quota usage and community activity.
