I need hosting to test some scripts that I modify (heavilly) before I put them back in the opensource directory again.

Requirments:

3 mysql databases
about 150 or 200mb diskspace
2+ gb bandwith
PHP 4+ with curl extension.
OpenSSL for curl
accept ads,host's banner and linkback
admincp doesn't matter (I just need phpmyadmin )
2 ftp accounts
