hosting e107?

I'm looking for a host to host e107 on. I'm planning to start a gaming site using the e107 portal.

I'm looking for:
25+Mb of space
500 MB + of bandwidth
PHP
Mysql

I don't care about ads....

I've already tried ish.biz, but i can't use the FTP. I've already tried Breezeland and I aslo can't access the FTP. There are a few others I've tried and they are not accepting sign-ups......
