hosting about chatroom and board...

I want to install a chatroom and a board (such as phpMyChat and phpBB bulletin borad), but i found that most of hosting don't allow installing them in their policy.
Could anyone tell me if there is any "not so expensive" hosting i can use? Thank you

Most paid hosts I've seen allow bulletin board and chat as long as you don't go over the bandwidth limit.
