But we consider to set up new more powerful hosting plan for large web sites. This is going to happen at he end of the year when have completed our new datacenter and new Control Panel.

Do you have a forum for your users?

I always find that that is always the best way of working out about a new host
- what their forums are like.

Hello Tim,

We used to have a forum but we took it down an year ago. I know that the forum might be helpful for customers. Unfortunately we do not have enough free administrators for now. We are focused on ticket support... to answer fast and to resolve probmes when they appear and we have average ticket respince time less than 10 minutes.

But I do want to put back our forum online. It is going to happen at the end of this year.
