- at least 10 gb/month of transfer bandwidth
- PHP
- 1 or 2 (not required) MySQL Database
- htaccess
- 1 domain (not required)
- very fast and reliable

The really required feature is the payment method, i want pay only with PayPal, and no giving any information about me if it's possible.
