subnixus, i don't think the mod i'll allow u posting that
they deleted one of my message recently when someone ask for a service that i provides
all i did was wrote "look at my signature"
was told that it is not allow to promote ur own product, must do it in the offer or ads forum

That really isn't very helpful. Why do you want a php/cgi-bin for?
sorry i did not know that. Most hosts are trying to get a better system going to stop hackers and script kiddies that use it to upload windows xp packed in 1000 kb files.
