host needed - requirements

A cheap host needed with following requirements - need recommendations!

CGI support, & MySQL support

• The following Perl modules installed:
DBI, DBD::mysql, LWP::Simple

That looks like requirements for Ikonboard, no?

If so, Myacen doesnt allow Ikonboards.
