higher resolutions

I'm not really asking for a review of my site here, but I need to know if there is way too much white space at resolutions higher than 800 x 600 (which it looks fine in...well to me anyway). My monitor doesn't support any higher than that...so I can't preview it at all. Caution: Beware of the girlish colors hehe. I've just changed some layout things already (but haven't uploaded it yet), and I don't know if I should just make a fixed width instead before uploading everything again. Thank you for replying. I just tried making a fixed width of 580, since my site is made to fit in at least 640 x 480. I looked at it in 800 x 600, and it looked weird...so I didn't really want to change it anyway.
