I am looking for a host, price doesn't matter

It has to have:

1mb of space
Unlimited Bandwidth
CGI
A Folder Or A Subdomain (Domain Would Be Ok)
FTP

I just asked a sales question late last night and according to Outlook Express it came in at 2AM :)
They can do custom plans as well as their regular reseller and virtual plans so I'm sure you can find what you need :)

Unmetered and Unlimited are the same thing.

Either way, there's a limit to unlimited. And people can't possibly not care for 1000s of dollars worth of bandwidth and transfer.
 
I dont think you can expect much help when you consider you are asking for something that doesnt exist and has been repeated time and again on this very forum.
do a search for your term unlimited here and see what you get...

System Abuse - Includes, but is not limited to, excessive use of CPU resources or disk space, installing IRC bots, CGI scripts sharing with domains outside of UMA, excessive use of data transfers leading to the decrease of the system's performance or other CGI scripts that use a disproportionate amount of system resources. UMA will determine what constitutes system abuse.

Look on google for 'unlimted bandwidth' and you'll find plenty. None of them actually offer it, so it really doesn't matter which you sign up for. Just enter your credit card info in the first search result.
