[HELP] PHP and MS Access Database

Anyone knows, where can I find PHP Scripts that can handle edit, add, delete MS ACCESS DB on the fly from web browser? And support user level. User only view the MS DB ACCESS they cant edit at all.

Im looking on HotScripts and I found nothing, Im thinking... Should I using Documents Managenet, its like file management, but I dont like them, because I should manually edit then upload them and cut each table to share with users... AARRGHHH.. :confused4

Yes, MS ACCESS DATABASE FILE my file name is school.mdb

well I looked on phpclasses.org for a class to manipulate the file....and by god I found one, dunno if it'll work, have no db to test with.....but the dude got given awards for it.....find attached.....
