Help me uderstand this script

I got a free file uploading script. But when I install it on my server it doesn't work. When i tried to find the bug I found that the index file of the program contains something which I could't understand. I think it is encoded in some way and the problem is with this only. This script doesn't runs at all. Can any one tell what is this actually and can decode this into a nomal php file.

I am giving the whole source code of that file here. Plz decode this to normal php.

base64_decode(), str_rot13(), gzinflate(), eval() are all php functions so, nothing more is needed to decode it.
This is actually numerous times gz compresses bytes. if this syntax is maually executes without eval() function it will give another php syntax almost same to this syntax but the long string is different. Again if that syntax is executed it will again give another syntax, this way I have done many times but still I have't got any result other output. I think it has to go through many more itterations. The concept behind is that while execution of this script many nested itterations occurs then the ultimate php script comes, but it is giving a blank output because probably servers are limiting the no itterations.
