you could always try www.web1000.com , but from what i've heard, they delete accounts for no reason, and the 404 pages are porn. But they have no ads and have ftp upload.

host.sk also has no ads and has ftp and browser uploads. But their server is slow. And it's all in another language.

Don't expect any no-ad deals to be reliable. your best bet is to get a single popunder or footbanner.
 
i would have to go with zelton here.
fateback seems pretty stable.
been using them for over a year and a half, with only one instance of unpleasantness.
