Firstly their is no such thing as unlimited. Have you ever heard of an unlimited harddrive?
Secondly, maybe you should check out their TOS (Terms Of Service). I have just found that their a fasthosts reseller, which is another turn off.
You can do a search for fasthosts @ webhostingtalk.com and see what they say about them

question! How do you know they are fasthost reseller? fasthost is based in UK and hostonce is in australia. Anyway, i'm stay away from them. Heard too many horror story about them.
please suggest a good host for under $10 / month with >10 G bandwidth, 500+ M space, ftp, My site mostly contain large pdf files.

you'll need to spend 21.95 for that to get that package with f5hosting (trust me, they're a great host, and they have live support 24/7 (the support team sacrifices a lot of sleep for their customers)).
