Just as an aside, does anyone else comment when a store employee says "Merry Christmas"? I was in Hallmark and an employee said that, to which I abruptly commented "That's quite offense, I'm Jewish! I don't need people wishing me Merry Christmas. This is the last time I'll be coming here!
Of course I'm not Jewish, but I like to give people a story to tell. I remember one day around Christmas when I worked at Hallmark, there was this strange fellow buying cards about how naughty children oversell and leave their support desk unmanned so Santa won't bring them a present....
No. Because it is not at all offensive to be wished "Merry Christmas." Do you also threaten to sue coffee shops when you spill coffee on yourself?
