Guaranteed Pagerank 4 on next update for your site

Based on user feedback I'm offering a service to increase the Pagerank of your site. For a low fee of $250 I'm willing to increase the Pagerank on your site(s) to PR4 by the next update (late May).

How can I offer a Guaranteed Pagerank increase?
My highly optimized link distribution system allows me to deliver a guaranteed Pagerank to your site. By placing your link on a few high PR pages you can get the PR4+ you've always wanted.

Does this really work? Are there any examples?
http://www.techlookout.com & http://www.phpBB-Resources.com are two sites I've tested this service on. Both are just a few months old and have a strong PR4.

How is this so cheap?
While other sites (ie. http://www.increasepr.com/how_to_buy.htm) charge $1250/month w/4 month minimum for a PR4 site, I can offer this for a one time fee of $250. The reason is because I have access to some high PR sites it costs little to me to forward this Pagerank on to your site.

What's the Guarantee?

That's not usually how it works. Imagine being like "Hey can you give me a server, I'll pay you once I'm done using it. :p
 
Where can we get more information? A website or something; maybe some contact information (telephones and etc) to ensure that this isn't a scam.
 
No page rank at all (I'm assuming google.com page ranking and I think everyone is) for either http://www.techlookout.com or http://www.phpBB-Resources.com that you quote.

Because it's PP doesn't make it safe as you will have the cash by then.

If you have the cash for a period and 'do' refund will you do so with the intrest it would accrue at a standard banking base rate?

As I'm sure you know Google is currently updating their toolvar Pagerank, that's why you may see different numbers now.

As for paying intrest ... no. I think a 100% money back guarantee is good enough.

I currently have 2 new clients who will be using this program so I'm looking for 3 more. I hope to have more examples up soon.

As for Google's updating would you not say it was strange that every other rated site still had it's rank??

Format: Location PR was gotten from | Current PR | Future Predicted PR

For techlookout.com:
toolbarqueries.google.com | 4 / 10 ( Check ) | -1 / 10 ( Check )

For phpBB-Resources.com:
toolbarqueries.google.com | 4 / 10 ( Check ) | 3 / 10 ( Check )

Both predicted PRs imply that the PR will be going down instead of up...
 
I can do the same thing and get you a PR 3 for $50. I'm not a professional, but I have a huge list of PR3+ directories I submit to that I do with most all of my sites. (Outhost.org and BlogNation.info, I've been too busy/lazy to get to the rest)
 
Deacker, depends on what datacenter you're on. I'm sure you know this...


mmkmaste, Pagerank prediction tools are worthless. The only good kind are the ones who just check Google's different datacenters (ie. Seochat.com's tool). As I said before both are PR4.
 
Based on feedback I've started to offer more pageranks. Here's the updated price list:

PR3: $70/month
PR4:$90/month
PR5: $600/month
PR6: 1200/month
