Good host for vB-forum

Yo *Yup it's ME again*

uM i was wondering if there was a good host for hosting a vBulletin forum (this forum like)

i think it needs MySQL,PHP,CGI and webspace min. 5 MB
i'll pay les than $10 for a pay host but most of all i would like it FREE!!

i hope there is a host out there that has that and that some1 here knows that host.. plz tell me

10$ = 10th of a dollar aint it .. so 12 x that would = around about $10 :confused: :confused2

But um does Kilio do it for free or do i have to pay (i can't read french that well and i have troubles with my i'net browser so i can't go to a translate page:()
 
yes, they do it for free. It little hard to understand everything. (singing up and activating everything) Then after you signed up they'll send you a activate code. Then just go to kilio.com login with your username and password. When do this you'll come to the main member schreen. There should stand something about activating your account (in french). Press on that and then it will take you to a screen where you'll have to fill in the code you got with the e-mail. When you did this you can go to the main members screen again and you can activate php and mysql.

I've tried to explain everything, but if you have any troubles just ask.
 
I got activated
But the prob is also HOW to put in the Database name,Username,password and host/server
i don't know WHAT you need to put in there
....

i know this is a different question but i need help i'm only a 13 year old kid :(
 
Ik schakel over op nederlands (makkelijker voor mij en voor jou). Ik denk dat je sql.kilio.com moet gebruiken en dan gewoon je username en wachtwoord
