Good CMS to wrap around vBulletin?

Is there a good (SEO friendly) content management system to wrap around vBulletin 4?
And then I don't mean the vBulletin Suite, as I have a license only for the forums.
It can be affordable or free The Suite is to expensive for a freebie forum.

I believe I integrated Joomla with vBulletin some time ago using a plugin named JFusion. It was for a game related web site, although the project actually was dropped in the middle of his development as my client quit. Nevertheless the web site is still active - you can check it onlineaion.com (You have to copy/paste the link in your browser as I don't have enough posts within the forum)
JFusion integrated the user registration as well, which was the most important issue there.

That website looks like crap, but I will look into JFusion.
