Gmail is not good! I have tested the Eicar E-mail Virus Test, and the results:

hotmail : catched the virus and warns you.
G-mail : didn't catch the virus, instead, it writed the virus data as ASCII and my antivirus program started to pop that a virus was found.

walla : catched virus and warned you

PS: I added there "walla" because it's the best free e-mail, giving now 3Gb inbox space for each e-mail account! (www.walla.com)

i agree it looks like G can defently do somthing with this project as i can bet there are at least a million accounts with them and more lol
