Heh, you can't really.
Anyone can spoof their gender on the internet.
They just make the main's site content aimed towards the female gender, which will make it so mostly females will use the service.
 
I wonder if they are using the traditional stereotypes of girls to judge whether the websites are created by females or not...I remember this host that would only host sites created by gay/lesbian/bisexual people. Those requirements would probably be even harder to enforce. :)

they could place pop-ups for gay phone sex lines or something. that would enforce it pretty well :)

Well the site seems to be targeted towards younger girls.
So somehow I don't think hardcore gay sex popups would be appropriate.

well, no. in that case it would be like, nsync and scented shaving cream ads or something.

my point above was that if you wanted to enforce a "gay webmasters only" rule you could probably enforce it with gay-targeted ads. not even necessarily porn, but ... gay. the average straight webmaster doesn't want people to think he clicks on them. ;)
 
yeah, if you want to keep your webmasters all young girls, make all the domains available like
yourname.ilovebackstreetboys.com
yourname.iwanttomaryaboyband.org
and have a bunch of boy band 900 number ads...

that would likely keep the warez masters out even.

i am going to go register for a 900 number, and quick write a dialer program...
then i will setup the all boybands network, sure, host all the warez you want, but you gotta be using our dialer, and to download you gotta be on our dialer, and lets not forget you would have to have boyband content on your site, and we would delete your warez anyways, i could get rich by friday.

nah, not likely, time for a nap though probably
