You still need to work on content and layout, otherwise you're on the right track.

the navigation looks very creative.but they are running too fast to read.
and at any time, i could not see all of them.
that is a disadvantage.
but when i clicked on a few buttons, it is giving error message.
also there is some unnecessary blank space at the center.

wow, i HATE you nav so much that i will never return to the site. the site has no layout, and looks like something my little sister would have made 2 years ago, and she is 13. you need to start over with a layout that has a structure, and loose that terrible nav.
