For an initial design / layout (1 or 2 templates) I would charge around £150-£200.
Delivered to you sliced, coded, etc.

The backend will be where the money is at, at a guess you'd be wanting a custom script, admin panel, and the whole shabang !!
I can't fix a firm price for that, I would need to know all you particular requirements for the site.
I have done similar work, backend only for over £1000 - so be warned it won't be cheap.
