make rollover images for the menu, and i would get rid of the worde in the header and just make a logo and company name there. you get your stuff at designgalaxy?
 
yeah, are the paid ones through designgalaxy. they look like the ones i have too, that is why i ask. i like to use the templates there for ideas on making my own. they have some nice stuff.
