I have been looking around on the web for a great host but cant find what im looking for! My current host isn't what I need.

My requirements are:

*50mb
*1gb b/w monthly (or less)
*FTP access
*Php + Mysql
*10mb file size limit (limitless preffered)
*1 ad per page (prefer button and NO Ads!) Not popup or frame ads
*No Forum posting (just a little a month if i have to)
*Sub-Domain
*Cpanel and Fantastico

Website is currently in planning and will not be up and running straight away.

Well, i want to upload: Image files, .htm files, and i will be using IPB 2.0 Limited Trial and Php-Nuke or Mambo Open Source. Maby .swf files (but i dont think so)

So i wont be uploading, Music or Movie files.
 
You also stated that you want cPanel, we are installing at the mom. It will be ready on the 02/05/2005, tomorrow.
 
Umm... Ive read the rules and it said that i needed a registed domain, When are sub-domains coming? and Can i use my own subdomain?
