free web hosting with cpanel

i want to request a free web hosting with cpanel with these spefications

webspace : not less than 500mb
bandwith : well, not less than 1gb

with cgi and php. And i want to use it as anime's ost downloads website... please.. i'll store the mp3s in free file-hosting website..

no ads and no file restrictions... well, maybe this is too much... i can put a link back for return..

I have CPanel. I can increase storage to 500 MB. I have both PHP and CGI support.

Is the content copyright or legal?
