Hello my friends! I need a little space 1.5-2Gb and 10-20gb bandwich for private torrent tracker. That's mean must support torrent scripts.
The torrent tracker is for my friends 1-3 and me.

I hate to say, but you're going to have a heck of a time finding a free host that supports/allows anything to do with torrents.
