the videos are not my property, the site is similar to redtube or pornhub ...

shall not be hosted videos on the host .... but on external sites

If you're just linking to content that remains hosted by it's original owners I don't believe that is a problem, although you probably should avoid linking to unofficial sources for content or uploading content taken from other sites.

However as long as this isn't going to become a tubesite where the videos are reprocessed or distributed- which will run it over resource limits in a hurry, I see no real reason why I couldn't take this one on.
