i posted request before 5 feb, 2007 and got the account as promised, thanks for the best free deal ever. but soon after i recieved email that server has been renamed to host-zero.com instead of battleclan.ca, since then my account is not accessable. i am unable to login to cpanel. can u please help me out? here are my details of account:

What is actually happening at host-zero.com?
Now host-zero.com gives a 403 error. Also there i another error. When I am in the ftp and trying to change permission, for some file it tells 'bad file descriptor' and for some files/folders doesn't atall can be moved or renamed or not even deleted. Probably there is some internal server error. Nor I can't also access the support forum because os 403 error.

your ip may have been blocked. Due to TOS violation. I will look into it.
 
Yes, now the site is accesable. But an hour ago the host-zero.com was not accessable.

However the ftp chmod problem is still there. I can not chmod some files. When I am trying to chmod, ftpclient says Bad file descriptor.
 
Uhm...Host-zero????? HELLO!!!???? I signed up and had a valuable web site well under way....until TODAY!!! Uhm...You're SUSPENDED??? How does a HOST get suspended??

I was REALLY loving your service, man...but now I'm just SCARED. What's UP!!???
