His free hosting is fully functional now and has pop-unders (although he needs to fix the problem of a new window popping on every page as opposed to the original pop-under simply reloading itself), so of course he is still giving away free accounts, and hopefully will for a long time without ending up as screwy as T35, Gizba, and Crosswinds.
Also, why do I worry about running out of space? My site is using 41 mb, and I wouldn't feel sure I wouldn't run out of space unless the space is at least 75 mb, so please keep your webspace at 100 mb, not many good free hosts give away that much space, so we need more of them. As for the 140 kb file size limit, well, too bad, that just means more bandwidth for me.
