1. Get a dedicated Server
2. Get cPanel/Plesk/Direct Admin
3. Get a proper site
4. Get a proper billing/subscription system

that's because fsockopen is disabled, so a proxy wouldn't work anyways. Unless of course you have a custom configuration then it would work.
