Free Host needed ...

Hy,

I need an free host for my website "PowerDesign".
I need up to 500mb space , cgi-bin , php , and the most important function mail() to be enabled.
If somebody give me also an domain it will be more better

I'm dealing with the design for websites, and the one who will give me what i want will have an ad on my webpage (i will put the ad in the website not forced ads.)

PS: I'm from Romania, and the page will be displayed in 2 languages : 1.English and 2.Romanian
